Smoke & Scroll is a reference library for adults 21 and over in jurisdictions where cannabis is legal. We don't sell anything and we don't accept guests under 21 — not because you can't handle the words, but because we'd rather not be the place a teenager learns about edibles.
Why this exists
Cannabis affects the developing brain differently than the adult one. The science isn't a moral panic — it's a window of higher risk that closes around the early twenties. We follow the same age line every U.S. legal-state dispensary does.
